- Identify left and right arms they are labeled
- Identify top and bottom arms, longer arms are top
- Slide top arm brackets onto frame supports and put 3/8-16x 3 1/2 in. bolt in with washer on both sides and lock washer on nut side
- Install bottom arms put 3/8-16x2 1/2 in. bolts with washer and lock washer through hole
- Do Not Tighten completely yet
- Repeat steps for other side
- Once all arms are in place use 1/4-20 bolts and lock nuts to attach basket
- Level basket and tighten all bolts completely
